JorWish hi! Thank you for this video, I loved it. In case I missed it, what scholarships did you and Aminah receive from Howard Law? Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your law school application experiences. I can definitely relate to studying, and seeing your scores go up and down. This discussion was very informative. I went to an HBCU for undergrad. Make sure you keep copies of everything, and stay on top of paperwork. Congratulations and good luck!

Can I just say I love your content and have just started watching a lot of your videos. This video couldn't have come at a better time. The other day I started to get serious/narrow down with my law school research and Howard has jumped to the very top of my list from just another school I was interested in applying to. My choice is similar to Jordan's lol I felt everything she was saying. Thank you for this!!

Just because you have not heard of a Law School doesn't mean it's not wall known because you are pulling from a small circle not the world, and that is obvious if you have not heard of NCCU not trying to put you down, but that's not a good day to choose a school. Just saying.

Absolutely not , HBCUS have the lowest admission standards of any school , Howard would be the only one that might be ok
@fromnytomd2 жыл бұрын
Interesting comment, Cameron. Are you aware that the admission standards for people of color at many PWIs is actually "lower" than the admission standards at HBCUs?

@fromnytomd Жыл бұрын
@@aaliyahbabygirlhaughton883 I graduated from Howard Law, actually. Worked as an associate at a top law firm in NYC, made partner, worked for the government, and now I'm in private practice doing quite well. This is not unusual for HBCU law school grads... who, by the way, make up 50% of all black attorneys.

Why would she go to Howard w/a 163 on the LSAT????
@LifewithLataysia4 жыл бұрын
What’s the issue with that?
@oohellyaa084 жыл бұрын
@@LifewithLataysia It's ranked pretty low, and they don't give a lot of scholarship money. With a 163 you can get a full scholarship to plenty of schools.
