For first night exfoliation, should I use chemical peeling solution(washing within 10mins of application) or chemical exfoliating serum(leaving overnight), please suggest.

If you have peeling skin, then you shouldn't use retinoids or exfoliants until the skin has healed. So only use moisturizers and even vaseline to help replenish skin barrier.
