I have the MSA 120C from this line, and I love it. It does everything I need it to do and more! Plenty of power, but small and light enough I’m not scared of it (as an average sized woman with zero previous chainsaw experience!) I agree with Brent’s review👍🏻

I have the MSA120 C and I thought it was way underpowered but it does have its place. I switched to the T540iXP the top handle version of the 540iXP. Now that is an impressive battery saw. I know it cost a lot more than the MSA160C but it is more than twice the saw in my opinion and by the looks of it way more powerful than the Stihl MSA220C which would be it's competitor. I guess my point is Stihl makes great gas saws but their battery saws are still lacking just like previous versions of the Husqvarna battery saws.

@@WesternEquipment honestly if you are just a homeowner I would buy a Milwaukee or Dewalt or whatever battery system you have including Ego. Stihl and Husqvarna battery saws are expensive. I work for a tree service so I buy only pro saws.

I agree with you in regard to the MSA220C and the T540iXP I have the MSA220C, but you may never see the Stihl MSA300 I have it now for about 6 months and I do chalange the T540iXP any time.

I know this is off topic but do you think that you will be able to do a mow an acre on the John Deere z545r

I could so understand this saw as a homeowner with a couple of acres, but man, that thing is underpowered. I’ll buy one if they cut huge logs. And if they cut the price down by a whole heck of a lot. Just my opinion. I’ll stick with my 11 year old MS290, and 35 year old Craftsman (same size as the saw in this video) top handle saw.

Thank you. I know it was small but these saws are usually measured off of 4"-5" cuts so I wanted to stay consistent with that. But trust me this saw is capable of much larger cuts! Thanks for watching!
