I think products from China and Airquest. If you have chance to compare those products with products from Airquest and China. Central hvacs identical to Airquest, but dont expect warranty from Airquest. Split systems identical to Chinese stuff. I don't know about quality of Warranty and customer service from this new company. Mrcool is a Chinese example.

How’s the quality on this brand compared to other big brands? Are hvac technicians willing to work on these or is it like the Mr. Cool brand where no one wants to service them? Are parts readily available?

Hello! ACiQ units are high quality units that come with a 12 year warranty. We have not heard of any instances of technicians not servicing this brand.

@@HVACdirectI just bought a ACiq condenser/air handler combo. I’m having issues finding an installer willing to swap an old unit on a mobile home. One guy quoted me $2,500 for the service, the other suggested me to return the unit and wants to sell me a traditional HVAC replacement for $8,000; “all included”

Yes, you can mix and match your evaporators on multi zone condensers

All of those included "communicating" thermostats are flat out awful, and look like technology that was invented in the 1980's! Do any of Aciq's centrally ducted (4 ton) systems qualify for the federal tax rebate in the north climate?
