Should you Buy John Deere Z7 or Z9 Zero Turn Mower?

Well I'm totally happy with my Z740R that I purchased in 2019. It has been rock solid and cuts nice. I'm not a commercial grass cutter but I do have several yards and it serves my needs. They have jumped in price since I bought mine. Nice job Brent 👍

Question! On the z7 i have noticed some have cutouts for front lights and others dont? This is across all model years and trim levels for the 7 series. Do you know why? I have noticed a pattern though- all models with front cutouts for the lights have black caster wheel caps,? Just curious.

Unfortunately, there is not a home maintenance kit for the Z740R. You have to buy the oil filter, oil, air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs separate.

Nice video my friend the only problem I've had with JD is blade clutches all of my machines have had clutch problems within 250 or 350 hrs the 955m 920m and two 960m /s why John Deere nobody else has that problem l watch a lot of KZbin and nobody has this problem my dealer thinks I'm the only one with this problem what about t??? Well, I would definitely agree that this is not a common issue. We do not see many blade clutches have issues in our area, but maybe there are others out there that are having this problem too. Anybody want to chime in?

Why is it that JD adversities the 720e with a8 Gal (32 litre) gas tank, meanwhile, I have squeed 10.5 gal (40 litres) into it at the pump! On multiple occasions, even using Jerry cans to be sure the gas stations weren't shorting me... Makes absolutely no sense

Prices on Deere are getting to high, u can buy other brands that are just as good. Most commercials have the same brand transmissions and engines the only thing that is different is decks frame and the color.

That is still to be determined. Deere has been having issues with engine availability from Kohler so that is why the Z915E has not been orderable for quite some time now.

@@WesternEquipment The Kohler on my 2015 Z915B has been ok, after 500 hours (property mower) I have had to replace the coil packs (ignition modules), but that's it. The valves can be a little noisy. That said, for the money (7250 OTD) I paid back in 2016 its been a good machine.
