I like both 3 and 4, but playing 3 is so much fun again on the Deck Oled. The wingsuit is by far my favourite thing to do and the rocket one adds to the fun by blowing up things while gliding.

The shimmering, pop ins and bad anti-aliasing in this game. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Also the wingsuit feels so slow in this one.

*TRASH* REFUNDED this game on Steam. It's the ONLY game I've ever refunded. I played JC 2 and 3 (JC2 in modern times has a few issues you need to work around). I started this POS and ten minutes in I was just baffled at how bad it was. Truly, truly horrible. I forget the details now.

Looks like I'm not the only one that refunded JC4 as their first refund game, it's really horrible I won't lie.🥲 When I heard people say it's bad and all I didn't believe till I experienced it myself 😂

I am playing just cause 4 again at the moment, with maxed out graphics, now I have a better computer, lots to do, I like it.

JC3 I enjoyed more. It looks better and felt the liberation loop is way better than the mission structure. So many times I open JC4 map and I’m completely confused on what I’m supposed to do. The weather system is neat but I’d rather have more c4. One thing I hate in JC4 is how fast the enemies spawn. They spawn faster than the gta cops. I attempted to blow up a blimp and enemies were on me in 4 seconds with multiple helicopters. WTF. They magically spawn right behind you. Not fun.

@@PepinBH I would prefer a smaller world but more destructible enviroments, much like in Red Faction Guerilla. With the wingsuit it negates the need for vehicles. i will get around in one for about 2 minutes and get bored because my wingsuit is soooo much faster and weaponized. Mad Max's weather was amazing and i enjoyed the car combat. Avalanche could implement those elements in JC5.

I really enjoyed traversing through the map in cars, helicopters, and planes because of the radio stations with music. It's a really killer soundtrack if you enjoy music in Spanish

Just Cause 2 is by far the best game in the series. The only downside is the ridiculous and cringe story. But gameplay wise and in terms of the map, 3 and 4 don't even come close.

I honestly don’t agree. The vehicle selection and AI battles are better in 3 and 4. But the climbing around on car mechanics were better in 2 and should have stayed.

I like Just Cause 3 more. The story is more personal to Rico. I know the story is not the strong suit of the Just Cause series. But for some reason, I felt more invested in JC3 World which made the game so much fun.

3 has the most polish and 4 is the best in terms of toys to play with. If 4 looked better and got patched up some more it could be something amazing. I can spend hours just putting 4 low power boosters under a car on each corner to make a sort of hover/flying car that is actually somewhat controllable. I know there's the dlc one with wings but it's more fun with boosters😂. Too bad its still so clunky. Use a monster truck jump on a wood bridge and it blows up and kills you on impact. Monster truck stadium still has a floating track texture. More creative vehicles randomly blow up and kill you too when you try and use them for anything beyond driving. Like the one that is a sort of crane type vehicle blowing up when you grab stuff or blimps randomly sometimes doing midair donuts at full speed 😂. If I recall right you couldn't just honk to get a friendly NPC to hop in your turret or anything either which was a missed opportunity if i am remembering right. The tornado chasing vehicle would only be tough during its mission for me too so when I tried it in freeroam after I unlocked it I would still instantly blowup with it near the tornado.

Just Cause 4 had so much potential, but the clunkiness held it back. some moments were incredible. If they’d fixed the bugs, added features like NPCs hopping into turrets, and polished the mechanics, it could’ve been legendary.

So far in my playthrough in 2025 the only real issue im having is random cars and stuff just glitching out into some red light bs for split seconds im not sure how else to explain it... Also if i come to a town thats not even anywhere near the enemy's territory some enemies always just show up and then ruin the vibes... They put some really cool effort into what the npcs are doing but they all run away when bullets and bombs go off for no reason..... I seen people having bbqs playing soccer getting a massage dancing on rooftops and so much more... If only the game didn't always make a fight happen when you stand around smh.... Like i remember it was night amd i was just flying around on my wingsuit i saw a small little area with people chilling few buildings n whatnot i land and start slowly walking around listening to the music they were playing and dancing to then out of nowhere A jet comes by flying low and does a bombing run on their homes i saw like 5 bombs come from the jet then i seen friendly jets start chasing the enemy.... Like damn bro no peace anywhere

Man, I feel your frustration! That chaotic unpredictability can be both a blessing and a curse in a game like this. It’s wild how much effort they put into NPC

Ok I get that people are mad about this but hear me out it’s not as good as JC3 or 2 but it is more fun (in my opinion) but please look at what they were trying to do and how they were trying to do it like they wanted to do big things in a short amount of time

I get where you're coming from! While JC4 might not hit the highs of JC3 or JC2 for everyone, it definitely has its fun moments. It’s clear they had big ambitions but i still think 3 was way better

Just cause 4 hurts my eyes like literally when i played it, i bought it and it started from base v1.00 the graphics was sooo horrible and unplayable till i updated. But i still dont enjoy even after the update i had to return it, just cause 3 remains the best.. Edit: i played on the base ps4, so if you're on good pc you could get better graphics and enjoy the game

I hated the color-pallete of JC3, it looked like a cheap samsung wallpaper.. way too over saturated especially those red colors everywhere.. eww

The story wasn't the best but it was at least engaging compared to 3 tho. The overall performance was better too because it ran on shit machines like my old PC with a 1060 3GB at 60fps.
