It would monitor but obviously not adjust the temperature. What temperature are you looking for maybe a sous vide would be better

@@BBQLIFE its for homebrewing, need to monitor temp of a pot for 60-90 mins as the grains mash. If this can do that I can use if fof both brewing and bbq

Its nice but it is worthless once you get a new phone. I paired it with my old phone. Now I have my new phone and it will not pair. There is no way to un-pair the old phone so I am stuck.

Turn on the device, turn on your Bluetooth and open the bbq app. Hold the round dot in the centre for 3 to 5 seconds the should allow you to pair again with a new phone
