I'd definitely buy if it had the silent click switches, logi bolt connector, usb c charging, infinite scroll, multi device pairing.... idk just seems very outdated, hopefully they release a new version soon!

I currently have the M570 and I'm contemplating upgrading. I've used a trackball mouse for work and gaming for 15 years and will probably never go back to a traditional mouse.

Trackball for gaming? I have this for two weeks and i still find it awkward, slow and not particularly precise. I'll likely stick with touchpad on notebook, it has similar disadvantages, but it's closer to keyboard and more natural.
@ardolLMTS792 ай бұрын
Same situation here. Wonder how is the cleaning on this mouse. M570 does build some dirt under the trackball and it pops out very easy for cleaning.

Logitech should have made another version of the MX Ergo Trackball mouse with USB Type-C, and maybe another version that is cheaper as it uses AA batteries.

It just came out! I wondered why there weren't many reviews on the new one yet: the MX Ergo S, but it seems like it just came out a few days ago. I think it's pretty much the same, according to some people online, but it has USB-C so that's nice!

this is a great mouse. It take a while to get used to. but once you get past that phase, it is super ergonomic. and if you have a compact desk. you don't need to swipe around!
@ThinkerOnTheBus4 ай бұрын
1:02 Not only are the buttons programmable to perform different functions, but you can even program the buttons to be software specific, that is to say that you can have one button perform something like "close tab" in a browser, and then have it function as a stop button in a media player.

Thanks for this test. That said, in my humble opinion, when speaking of ergonomics, the best trackpad on the market is the Kensington Expert Mouse, followed by other Kensington trackballs models. See U soon. François

Been using this for almost a year now and it works great, but eventually it will start having pretty bad coil whine, a high pitched noise that doesn't stop unless you turn it off. Terrible if you record anything.

Logitech MX ergo is garbage. Bought 2 years ago. Took good care of it. It has great ergonomics, and it's really comfortable, BUT the built quality is horrendous. After only 2 years of moderate use, the left mouse button and middle mouse button misfire all the time. Tried cleaning it, it keeps skipping clicks. It's awful. Can't even drag a window without trying multiple times. Similar problems with Logitech keyboards. I strongly recommend you stay away from Logitech products as a rule of thumb.

This is the case with all Logitech mice, the switches are consistently rubbish. While I personally have a G502 that's been good for nearly the past decade, so many people have problems with the switches. If you don't know how to solder, and don't know how to replace said switches, just stay away from Logitech. There's stuff like the Xiaomi gaming mouse nowadays that's better quality at a quarter of the price.

0:19 Well, it isn't necessarily completely different from using any other mouse in regards to your conditions, for users should not be flicking their wrists left and right to move a mouse, for that will ultimately lead to pain. Your wrist should be stiff, and your left-right movements should come from your arm pivoting at your elbow. That is the correct way to utilize a mouse, for it is the least likely method to cause physical problems, although nearly everyone uses their mouse in this incorrect fashion. I just hope this guy here doesn't totally ignore one of the major features of this mouse, like I just witnessed Austin Evans having done!

@TheHornet793 ай бұрын
It’s not a big deal if it’s not a usb c because it lasts for 4 months. USB c is always desired because of fast charge but the battery is great so it’s okay. Though it would have been better if it was because everyone has a USB C cable for their PC.
