I just impulse bought mine when I walked past it. I'm going to try and heat up bone broth in it. If it works everyone is getting one for Christmas 🤷🏻 I hope I still have the recipe for thought cause I'm going to return it if it sucks

@@MerandaK As I said it is possible I simply had a defective model. I have since purchased a IONMug and I love it. I hope you have better luck with yours than I did

I just got one and it doesn’t seem to charge. While on the charging plate the light flashes between 135 and the charging light. Then after a few hours on the plate, it won’t turn on at all.

Put it in stand by mode and then place on charger and it will charge. If you want it to heat up your coffee and not kill the battery leave it on the charge base and it will charge and put 18watts into heating the liquid
