You have the cadence of someone who is speaking off the top of their head with the preparedness of someone who wrote out a script beforehand. Not robotic, yet very few transition "ums" and stumbles. CADENCE! That is a great word. I agree with you Ian, some people have "it" and some do not. Jonah needs to present more for this channel and I too subscribed because of him. Not a fan of some of the other presenters. They are kind of... "meh"... Jonah draws you in. Its not a slight towards the other presenters, I have the same issue with Dice Tower. Some I will watch and others I cannot. That can either sell a game or not.

Love this title. Should? I’m guessing anyone who has played Wingspan and watching this video is already telling out yes! Going to try out a 2 v 2 game mode in flock mode. Split the teams between each 'flock', creating 2 separate 1v1 games, and then add up the scores of the two players on each team to decide which team wins.

Well said and concise overview! Best one I've seen about this expansion. I'm not a huge fan of Wingspan, but I really like the new duet board and will be picking this up primarily for solo play. The new ways to mitigate bad luck are very appealing

Really great breakdown and video. One minor thing is that the new player walkthrough isn’t entirely new. I bought a used copy of base Wingspan and it had a similar thing in it, with ten “starter” bird cards and a walkthrough for the first several turns. I think they started adding this to new printings of the base game a while ago but not entirely sure.

Great overview and review 👍 I'm not sure how often I'll be able to use the flock mode, but it sounds cool. I'm very excited for duet mode since my wife and I play together most of the time.

I'm in the same situation. My wife and I will probably love Duet Mode but I don't see too many opportunities to play Flock mode. My friend has a big family so maybe I can try it out with them.

Have the base game and European expansion. Definitely going to be adding this one, love the 2-player and 6-7 player expansions that don't appear to break the gameplay.

I'm all in on Wingspan Asia! But now I'm a bit worried. I'm planning on getting it in the nesting box, but I need it before Christmas. Am I risking not getting it before Christmas by including the box?

The nesting box is going to include this expansion though is that correct? I had thought that it was dropping the same time as this expansion due to that.

Yes, the first edition of the Nesting Box contains Asia, but does not include a(n extra) box for Asia.

If this is the only game I would buy, are there enough bird cards? How many are there? On another video I watched about this game, it looked like a very small amount of bird cards. Will this hurt the replay ability if you only have the Asia cards?
