Wonderful video...people pleasing is what many suffer from and which mentally exhausts them and stops them from creating healthy boundaries and practising self love..u explained this human tendency with psychoevolutionary understanding and straightaway removed the guilt associated with it...and secondly u gave healthier ways to practise it rather than stopping it in our lives...just loved it..will help me a lot.

I was disliked in childhood by all people around me and then i tried to improve but i still couldn't understand lots of things around. And even i tried i didnt change much. Now at 35 i still disliked by people. Point is i improved myself but didnt improved in front of those people. And i dont care anymore cause it affected my happiness my whole life
