The best thing to do is to start blocking DHT by taking finasteride or dutasteride when you notice the first sign of balding without needing a transplant, becuase you will still take finasteride after a hair transplant anyway if you still have native hair that will fall out

@@MathewsFishing Started wirh microneedling a few days ago so I don't know. What I can say is that it works for a lot of people. Do your own research but I'm convinced that microneedling and using minox after needling (wait at least 24h hours for your scalp to heal) will improve your hair. Just make sure that you can tolerate minox, not everyone can, some people don't benefit as much from minox than other due to genetic and therefore enzymatic variance, I forgot the name of the enzyme. You can even test this (if you're a responder or not) and take the enzyme topically(?) to improve your results if you're a non/low responder.

@@MathewsFishing I will be adding finasteride to the stack but first I have to get the bloodwork done to see, if I'm prone to sides. If everything is ok I'll start with 0.2-0.25 mg oral fin every 2 days or use a microdose topically and see what happens, if no sides I'll probably combine the 2 methods to improve my results with the least fin possible. Don't want any of the sexual and mental sides.

Transplant looks good, but I started losing my hair at 23 and hair transplants would have never worked on me, considering as time went on I started losing more and more hair. I eventually just shaved my head. But for someone with limited hair loss especially in the front, I think it would definitely work.

You’re probably in shedding phase bro it’s okay and normal! I’d recommend keto shampoo 2-3x a week (let it sit on scalp for 10mins before rinsing) on top of fin to ensure scalp health and minimize shedding

I would suggest you to do your research properly. Please do not fall for marketing gimmicks of clowns like Vera and the likes unless you wanna take a chance at getting your donor butchered. Sure there would be few good results but lot many people with absolutely horrendous results. Turkey only has handful of good surgeons( Dr. Bicer, Dr. Demirsoy, Dr. Yaman etc.) and the rest are all hair mills. Get on forums like hair restoration network and get genuine advice on choosing a quality surgeon. Do it once, do it right.

Solid advice man that’s why it’s very important to hop on hairloss medication in the early stages of hairloss. If lucky you won’t need a hair transplant you will be able to halt hairloss & even regrow back your hair. Hair transplant should be your last resort and even then you still have to take meds like finasteride & minoxidil to maintain the results, otherwise that to won’t be enough in the long run.

Amir - have you heard of Estenove? Are they are reputable clinic in Turkey? I've had a video call consultation with them and they seem very up front and transparent with great reviews. I just got mine and yes they are essential make sure you get them before you leave the country because they only gave me the lotion and the shampoo for after care but didn’t give me the other sups. Or even offer if i want to buy. I found some of the products online but the serum isn’t available in the US
