I don't plan on doing kettlebell workouts. If I did, I would just use them as standard dumbbells as those are more effective exercises than swings and things of that nature since momentum carries a lot of those exercises.

Ah I was not aware of that. I received the Gym Monster for free as a review copy back in April 2023 (working on a 1 year update now). Good to know that though as something I may add in so others are aware.

Any third-party straps you recommend in place of this? Also, can any third-party items be used with the unit or are they using a propriety connection?

They do provide a set of additional connectors you can use for 3rd party items. For straps, I personally have the Harbinger Padded Cotton Lifting Straps

Have you found a better incline bench non speediance. Or other accessories that works well with their system. Their accessories are so expensive, low quality and there are so man accessories that would allow to use it for profeesiantly for types of exercises. Thi sis the only thing that is holding me back.

I just use the flat bench. Since the exercise is pulling with a cable, you don't really need an incline bench as you could just push/pull at an angle instead and still get the same resistance. I did use the equipment they provide, but I know many individuals add their own items they have bought 3rd party that have worked.

Belts are just decreasing the tension and thus training stimulus, skip this. If you're worried about skin friction, just wear long sleeves and pants or use a towel, so simple. Or use additional anchors

@@a.k.akingloose Sure does, but at the price, is it affordable? I certainly wouldn't reject it if I was given one for free lol gamerbody channel was about working out with limited space and budget. Most if not all people watching this channel probably live in apartments or small houses, otherwise, they would just have a real home gym with a power rack, big weights, etc. I know I would but I do not have the space for that, but I hate public gyms, id rather train with less at home. Most people following this channel are not going to fork out $2700 for a machine like this. I think the price should be lower. I'm not saying this machine aint good, ive watched many reviews, it would certainly replace a public gym if you have some adjustable dumbbells to add to the setup, just think the price is too high for what it is

So we agree in the end. It is a great product for those that can afford it, but I do not want anyone to go into debt to get it, as mentioned in every video I make on the product. For those that can, I think the reviews provide some great insight. However, I have 2 different options if it is not right for you.
