I hope OneTwoFit or another company can take this design and keep building on it! I love how it breaks down, but the bar could use a bit of refinement. Regardless, I am going to keep using this as it does as advertised. Nice! I've had the alternate version for a awhile now, and the folding back feet do help a bit more with space and stability. I also wanted the leg-raise attachments, so I do those and dips on it (granted, it cost a bit more) which are fine. These power towers are unbeatable for their storage though, hands down.

Excellent video. Another product I need so I can finally quit going to the gym and work out at home.

I think the best thing about this one (from what I see in the video) is the middle bar. Most power towers have the middle bar interfering with the pull as you hit your waist or legs on them. The fact that this is one is further back, eliminates the issue.

You do graze it with chin-ups and hammer pull-ups, but regular pull-ups I don't which is nice.

That's awesome!. Exactly what I was looking for. I was going to get the iron master super bench but I would rather this. I have a similar setup as you at the moment. A similar folding bench a set of power blocks sport 90s and a folding exercise bike. The bench is OK. Not the best but gets the job done. Waiting for my Unitree pump max x2 racks to be delivered. I really think you should check them out. Looks like better versatility than the speediance and a combined heavier weight. Thanks for this review man!

I still have mine that hooks to the door frame. Anything beyond that and you might as well buy a bow flex.
@GamerBody13 күн бұрын
My goal is to get off a door there is always a change it doesn't survive one day damaging the frame and door. I have used doorways pull-up bars for years, but I still want to see what is out there, and I think this is one of the best I've seen so far. Of course it could be better, but we are finally starting to see some options.

When I was 16 I was excited about my gf coming over and started doing pull ups on my door frame bar. It came down and bloodied both my knees. Was I embarrassed when my gf showed up and I was bandaging my knees?

Have you had a chance to review the SogesPower Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar yet?
@GamerBody8 күн бұрын
No, this is the first I've heard of it. Looks ok, but for my setup, takes up too much space and seems it can't be taken down. If you have a dedicated space and don't mind it being up all the time, seems like it is fine.

How would you compare this to the bull bar 2.0?
@GamerBody2 күн бұрын
I have not used the Bullbar 2.0 - I was very close to pulling the trigger, but I just dont want to pay that much for it. I did a final search to see if anything else stood out, and found this design I really like. I do think the Bullbar will feel more premium, but the cost and space it takes up is more than the OneTwoFit. It is really up to you and your wallet, but both are decent. Note: I only used the Bullbar 1.0 but the top bar broke on me. It was decent though before that happened, and I think the 2.0 took that into account and it shouldn't break anymore.

Let's get a room tour, I see what looks like a keychron keyboard. I see laptop stand so are we running a gaming laptop or desktop? Also the guitar hero guitar are we playing some GH or are you on clone hero? THESE are the hard hitting questions on my mind lol
@GamerBody14 күн бұрын
Haha I have a gaming desktop - Custom built NR200P Max ITX case, Intel 14600k, Nvidia 4070 Super, 32 GB Ram 3600, 2 HP Omen 27inch monitors (both 1440p, 165hz / 240hz, 1ms refresh rate), Secret labs standing desk and chair with monitor mount, Blue Yeti microphone, HyperX gaming headset, Keychron v4 keyboard, Logitech Pro mouse, Scuf Xbox controller, GH2 guitar > I think that is it? haha The laptop is my work laptop (normal 9-5 as I work from home), so nothing fancy there and no games on it. For Guitar Hero I do play Clone Hero now, but I was in the top 200 best players in the world during the height of GH3. I played it 8 hours a day when I wasn't playing sports in High School. I won a few local tournaments easily :) Now I mainly play Halo Infinite (Halo is my favorite franchise of all time, and I can't drop it) I went to the Halo World Championships in Seattle in 2023 and played in the FFA. I didn't get too far, but it was a fun experience. I recently got the Asus Rog Ally X to play since the twins were born and I can play it anywhere in the house. Let me now if you want any more details!

Are you able to do hammer grips pull ups with the most inner grip that it has? If that makes sense. Seems like it gives you two options for hammer grip. I've been looking for one of these as well. I currently use the Cap Barbell squat rack, but it takes up more space than what I want.
@GamerBody14 күн бұрын
Yes you can, just watch out for the middle crossbar as my legs grazed it a bit doing the exercise. Not terrible, but I noticed it when doing hammer pull-ups (and chin-ups).

have you seen the new clench bar? what do you think?
@GamerBody8 күн бұрын
I have seen it, but not used it yet. It looks nice and solid, just pricey. If price isn't an issue, it seems like it would be a decent product. I haven't used it, so this is just from looking over the sales page and some reviews of others that have.

Seems like it’s honestly not that good. You shouldn’t need to put it against the wall, otherwise why not just get a wall-mounted one? No backrest so you can have worse form and maybe mess up your back (at least that’s what the advertising for ones with backrests say. I suppose if you’re that close to your wall, your wall is the backrest… but eh)… I’ve tried to look at a few, but haven’t actually bought one yet since I don’t make money reviewing them or anything… but others seem to be better. I’m considering the Stamina 735, I think it is? I saw someone recommending the X… but I also don’t have a weight bench, and one is built in to the 735, so takes up the same amount space, has a backrest with the bench up or bench with it down. 🤷♀️ seems like kinda the best all-in-one solution if you want to mainly do calisthenics but also something like bicep curls, dumbbell rows or flys, etc. Add a little, for efficiency, you know?
@GamerBody13 күн бұрын
I think you may have misunderstood needing a wall. You only need it if you keep the dip handles and pull-up bar on it, when it is collapsed. To use it, you do not need it against a wall. I don't have a wall mounted bar as I live in an apartment (house) but they won't allow that. I also want to be able to take it down when not in use. I was doing doorway pull-ups, but you always run the risk of damaging the frame/doorway, even with the safest options. My goal is to find a decent one (which i think this is) at a reasonable price. Overall I think this one is working well. I didn't realize they have a pro version (costs $250 so it is more expensive) but I might see if that is even sturdier as I do like the pull-up bar it comes with more.
