Very informative. I was considering switching from Army reserves to Navy reserves by April this year. I've been in the Army reserves since 04/21/13.

That’s a great idea 😎 My experience working with the Army is we get a lot more freedom. The Navy lets us do evolutions as an IA (individual augmentee) and we aren’t restricted to one unit.
