You are a very impressive presenter! Seventeen minutes of cohesive information without a teleprompter? Thank you so much for your many informative videos, of which I've watched many. I've got a new Tahoe to ship and you've earned my business.

This seems more like an angry rant than an informative, helpful video. I think you need to find a different line of work, since you are clearly frustrated by all us “dummies”.

Well, they just hate customers and truckers but they love big money for not driving a truck.

@@valleyautotransport4270 Well everyone is free to have their own perspective. But when booking a transport online, reviews among many things do play a part. How else would someone go about finding a company or trusting a company without any reviews whatsoever? Would you go to a restaurant with 400 5.0's or one with 0-2 ? Everyone knows they do have a place and a value. With auto transport, Yelp and Google seem to be more reliable then others, but of course not perfect. And we agree about scheduling difficulties, we talk about that in this video and many other videos. And I'm not sure why you care what we charge or how we run our operations. We put immense care into every transport and sometimes filter out multiple companies before putting a company on an order. We tend to send out orders at higher $ rates to companies with newer, better equipment then those with older, inferior equipment. It doesn't make too much sense too pay the same rate to a company with stellar history and excellent equipment -- as you would pay a company with a $5000 Haulmark wood special. But unfortunately the only thing that matters to most broker companies is their own bottom line. And therefore they will for sure send out orders to companies willing to do a job for $1000 ( inferior equipment ) Vs paying $1300 to a company with excellent equipment. The difference is that they make an extra $300 on the order. We charge the same fee every transport so we don't have any incentive to go with one option or another, our only job is to put the best company on the order every time, if we can. But sometimes , pricing is more important to a client, over quality. It makes ZERO difference to us. We let our customers decide that. But we do give our recommendations of course. So in reality however, our system prioritizes the highest of quality , VS the typical broker system that prioritizes the highest margin for their company.
