When you choose to do the right thing for a client e.g. assisting them in the purchase of a property that you are also confident in selling/renting, you are planting a seed. Instead of just settling for a quick deal, you’ve earned yourself a future opportunity of the client calling you back for a sale/rent or referring you to others. That planted seed has blossomed and comes FOC (zero marketing expense). You are on the right track in this people business, all the best young Gen Zs 💕❤️

ILP doesn’t work. Is abit like some ppl buy property for both own stay and investment. In actual fact ilp is trying to do investment and protection but the cost of insurance is going to eat in your investment. Better off with term
