Nifty 50 value 20 is one of my fav indices, concern is low aum. This indice gets annual rebalancing, unlike other popular indices gets semi annual re balancing.

Dividend yield criterion is irrelevant for this quality ETF. Dividend is an offshoot of profits, a quality aspect Due to div yield criterion so many PSUs get included and some better private sector companies get excluded. If you agree to this, please join to convince NSE on this

I am investing only in passive index funds as below each 10% - Nifty 50 EQ weight - Nifty Next 50 - Nifty Midcap 150 - Nifty Smallcap 250 - Nifty Microcap 250 - Nifty Midcap Momentum 50 - Nifty Smallcap Quality 50 - Nifty 300 Momentum 30 - Nifty 500 Value 50 - Nifty Alpha 50 First 5 indices are base indices which covers entire 750 stocks and second 5 are strategic factor indices which acts as active mutual funds picks the stocks based on performance of the whole market...I feel passive rules next 10 years so instead of investing only in Nifty 50 I have split up my portfolio like above....Do you agree with my approach for 15 years longterm assuming atleast 15% CAGR ?? This will reduce my expense ratio as well as reduce risk by chasing benchmark in active funds...Please anyone in the group can comment.

Great session. I am a defensive investor. Time horizon 15+ years. I have HUL in portfolio and it's 33 % of my portfolio. Notional loss is at 15% in hul. I want to but it more should I do down side averaging. I have 17 stocks in my portfolio which is 3% down. Please advice
