I honestly think the traffic in JVC is good but I'm guessing it depends where in JVC you live but I also work outside of the peak hour traffic. I work at the Airport so I avoid Hessa St all together. Very informative video.

JVC is great, purchased my first off plan there last month, completes Q3 next year. Something that people don't mention enough is the upgrades that are being done to the exits, with new exits being proposed to account for the some 12,000 new dwelling set to complete by the end of 2025. Also the first blue line metro connection is in JVC, so many good things happening in this area.

Staying in JVC with full family since 2022 , also near circle mall you summed JVC pretty well. Well fit gym is pretty good too. The major cons are traffic and a lot of construction going on at the moment. Another problem is unavailability of metro, which might come around 2030.

Hey! Rent really depends but you can find a 1 bedroom for 80k AED per year, and much more in modern buildings. As for which is better it depends what you mean by better, but my preference is Palm for sure

I cant recommed Azizi Riviera. Im staying here now. Been here a month and I cant wait to move. Its very very noisy. You can hear your neighbors all the time. Fire alarms going off several times a day almost daily. It is very nice looking and priced okay. But if you value privacy and sleep stay away.
