Your demand can't meet u can not get pool in 1 bhk apartment for privet pool you should buy town house latest 3 br which you cost around 2.5 to 3 million dihram in jvc

Could you please tell me any particular areas you would like to be reviewed? Please look on Bayut and Propertyfinder.ae and you will see some townhouses in JVC at around AED 1.8M asking price. The asking and offer prices are significantly different from each other at the moment, therefore, you could bring townhouses of this asking price not far from AED 1.5M as a final negotiation.
