Very Nice video. Thank you. You and many are saying JVC is cheaper to buy but when i compare studio in JVC, JVT, ARJAN, AL Furjan, Town square etc all are almost same price (650 to 750K AED) for OFF plan and ready properties. I am looking to buy studio in JVC, can you give me some clarity on this please

Thank you so much ☺ I would say it all depends on the developer and the unit you buy. There are a lot of units that is around the same price, but the quality and the location of the building differs. So, you really need to check the developer you buy from, but also the apartment (how it looks, and the quality). Also check what is going around the building, so they don't build a big new building infront of you, so you loose the view or the sunlight.

Investment wise, is Al Furjan better than JVC?

All depends on several factors and what your goal with the investment is. What project, the developer, where in the respective areas, etc. We do see both areas as potential good investments. We just like the vibes in Furjan more ourselves but that is our personal taste.

JVC is a disaster. Traffic in the morning rush and evening is just one big snarl up. With only three or four exits the traffic does not move. The development as usual was the lowest price. Your comments were very perceptive.

Agree, there are some big issues with the area. Hopefully they’ll get the traffic situation sorted. They are building more and more every day so it will get even busier.
