i started Sod 3 weeks ago (New), playing a Paladin with 1 hand and shild. For me is Sod like a new game and i have very fun with it. Yesterday i was hitting lvl 40 :)

I Am member of the light healing the wounded and shocking the wicked but with all the changes , my path of the elements has started. Sod is the way for those who already did classic too many times and need something different.

@@steadychasingmoneybands6213 They are not locked. There is 1 main pvp server (crusader Strike) and 1 PVE. I believe its (Wild Growth) if you make a character on the other servers, youd be able to free transfer your character to one of these realms

A lot of low level dungeons still being run in SoD and it at least has more than 5 viable speccs compared to classic. As soon as I reached 60 in anniversary I realized that I don't even want to bother with that lame endgame and changed back to sod

Shartqueesha the Ret Paladin here, I joined SOD 3 weeks ago, hit 60 2 weeks ago and I'm already BiS with the exception of back and trinket. One shotting people in BGs, clearing AQ 40. The barrier to entry is much lower than in classic and loot is much quicker. Community is alive and shoutout to Arkaviun for pushing us to the open world for PvP and giving us a place to hang out.

At the very least SOD is a massive early access/beta for classic+. The more data and feedback they get the better. Plus new raids and dungeons and abilities in the classic world, isn't that classic+ already??

I only started playing on Christmas day, never played before. Having fun so far, though the rune stuff is a little confusing at first. Took a chat in general to realise it was redundant and I could buy them for a copper piece. Might try the classic as well, though unsure if era or the new ones released, they i think they are the same game

your on the wrong server. Crusader Strike NA is the pvp server or wild growth for pve

Nah bro. If enough people are paying for it, it will keep going. Still 80-100k people play regularly per week. Classic Era still going 5 years later with 10k average players. Sod will go into more content or tbc.

LOL the servers are locked. It's cause they merged all the servers to 1 PvP and 1 PvE mega server, so the others are locked cause blizz disabled character creation. You are big dumb

Fresh Sod servers with runes unlock would make me want to come back, but as it is currently, nah im too far behind to be bothered to keep up with all the tryhards... wow is incredibly toxic when it comes to grouping up for a dungeon / raid
