Hey Octo, do you ever use the R-Ability button on the character screen? It has a nice little chart that shows exactly where your ability points are coming from and cuts down some of your math work for you. It helps me and I don’t see to many people mention it. When Zack banner dropped at 10pm I went all in and got his costume then went to clouds banner and tried to get his costume aswell (I'm 4stamps away) so now I've got everyone's weapons at 90 except Zack, his is 110

Zack's costume looks the best out of all of them. I just feel like the rest of them needed a solid darker colour to balance out the white. So, I'm definitely pulling for his costume. He'll be a wonderful addition to my fire team. I already have physical fire Cloud so .. this is perfect.

Seph is worth to pull because it is foreshadowing more double summon fight is coming. Critting 32k on both baha and ifrit for 4atb is crazy. Also other lb banners have 1 elemental potency as r abilties, seph one is magical potency and is more versatile if you want to use it as sub weapon for any reason

I'm happy to say, I've got three out of the four gears so far, and I think we have more than enough room to actually get to the fourth one. I'm still missing Zach's weapon to 5*, but at least I got a 4* copy, so I can SLOOOWLY work on it, if anything! Sephi's already at OB3, Cloud's and Glen's, I left both at OB2 for now.

It's amazing how many sleep on fire Zack. Remember that magic is more effective on Shiva, and with the addition of double summons, we will get hers at some point, so that will be immensely helpful.

I feel like if you already have both Cloud and Sephiroth's fire arcanum outfits, it may not be worth it to go all in creating a new Zack fire build just to marginally increase your fire team damage. That's where I'm at anyways. Thinking I'll keep pulling on Cloud's banner for more copies of his weapon and just focus on one build.

For me, pulling for Sephie is a must to build up strong magic team. My guess is that Cait will be support magic character. Kind of like Tifa but magical. So yeah, gotta pull that too. Got 50k blue for new character…hopefully that’ll be enough.

Got black chocobo and ended up getting both costumes for less than 30k. Seph ob3 and zack ob2. Got also centipede, ceremonial sword and sky spitter. Have enough crystals for next banner or go again for the cloud glenn banner.

We need a crit chance+ stat or buffer. It would not surprise me if Cait Sith does this, since its 'luck' based. I actually think Cait Sith will get some "Boost All Allies" weapons as his niche, maybe a weaker Boost 'Atk' instead of specialized.

The R abilities in Kuja Blade function exactly like Crystal Cross and Mythril Saber. Unless you have it at OB10, probably a safer bet to use the other weapons. If you want to Kuja Blade to debuff, then put it in the off hand. It will replace Crystal Cross / Mythril Saber, so you can still equip Aonibi for the HP.

Spent 51k diamonds and ended with: Sephiroth weapon OB 4 Zack weapon OB5 Which is funny cuz I was aiming for sephiroth and end up getting multiple copies of Zack's weapon instead .-. With 51k crystals completed 3 pages of stamps in total, for once I was extremely lucky with the stamps

Yes of course that's why my example sephiroth has Bahamut equipped. With Sephiroth using attack gauge all Summons get a boost really.

Isn't Mythril Sabre kind of wasted on Sephiroth due to already having Boost Ability Pot on Aonibi and Crystal Cross? Those two alone should reach Ability Pot's cap once maxed out.

No Aonibi is only 50% stats. So 3 weapons at 39 each is 117 the divide that by half is 58.

I honestly find this draw disappointing a bit for me personally since I already have the skysplitter set + sephiroth fire build while I absolutely love the new Zack's costume but its not really worth it when u r not even guaranteed an ob6 of his weapon when u draw

I say go for Cloud banner. There's not a lot of strong MATK weapon rn. So PATK is a better choice for newbies.

All these limited banners weapons can't be obtained till the banner comes back. So if you do pull aim for OB6+ on a characters weapon since you can't wishlist these in normal banners.

As someone with a Super Saiyan God Cloud with a OB20 120 Stream Saber, if you can only choose 1 I’d choose that, but get it to OB1 if possible as recommended. Or try for 1 5* copy of each and wishlist them during the next LB banner once you’ve gained more materials etc :)

i find as f2p, going for PATK has made it such a slog to get something for MATK. I'm waiting for a proper MATK character power creep, feels lackluster to have both and almost impossible to achieve right now

Hmmm maybe for a maxed out guide gloves, low OB builds makes it pretty hard hitting 55PATK without the help of her costume, since her gloves have crazy low PATK r. Ability I think the costume having some extra there is a blessing

Don't forget that Cloud will still have better fire damage if you don't get Zack to ob10. The difference is that cloud is always to draw your weapon, whereas zack can only be drawn in limit break banner (also in the future)

While Viewing your video I could see that you are confusing Ability Potency and Magic Ability Damage. There's only 4 weapons that grants you Magic Ability Potency.

Not confused from what I see. The build Maxed out both Magic ability and ATK ability potency. If you are in combat and your attack stance is full you get that bonus damage.

They get it every other banner. Tifa and Aerith and Yuffie have just come off some great banners. Aerith is pretty much every other banner, she has more weapons and costumes than anyone. One event she didn't have a banner but she had a free weapon and costume form the event (I miss event costumes). Lucia gets left behind though, though not as bad as Barrett, even Yuffie as a new release character has the same or maybe one costume less than Barrett (Red also hurts this way but he is ahead of Barrett).

Yep that's how I play and recommend. You only need 1 character to cover that element unless you want to make a team. It's better to make multiple characters with different elements.

It’s mostly to make sure you’re covered in both magic and physical damage. However, Seph can be made into a decent magic based fire dps as well and situations where you’d need magic fire dps are kinda limited. There’s been datamines mentioning a shiva/ramuh double summon, which would make a magic fire build useful. Despite all this, I’d get more of Zack’s weapon if I had enough bc to get more of both cuz the matk all R abilities stack separately.
