Hi Arturs, great video and it was interesting hearing about your work history and things to contemplate in deciding to work for others or start your own company. Either option has it benefits and challenges so there is a lot to consider which way is best. I thought this was very well done in that you talked slowly and clearly so it was easy to follow. Sometime you and Sigita should do a video about how you met. It would be interesting to know if you knew each other in Lativa or when you moved to New Zealand. Best wished to you and Sigita in 2023 and beyond.
