My God this was bad. The crow that was flying Eric around in the movie was probably the first thing that made sense in the movie and that saying a lot. The other thing that made sense is the end credits. But I'm here to hear your perspective of the movie? How are you doing and how was your weekend?

Yeah, I went into this with no expectation, so it was disappointing to walk away from it feeling this way. I am doing good! I saw Strange Darling last night, which was an improved experience compared to the last three films I'd seen on the big screen. Headed to Dragon Con this coming weekend, so I've got a couple of reviews I'll try to get up this week.

Atrocious. They took everything that made the original special, beautiful, heartfelt and unique and threw it in the garbage replacing it with Temu Post Malone and gore… For god’s sake the very protagonists were downright very unlikable…

Yep. Someone pointed out in a livestream I was on last night that the first movie had an anti-drug message, and yet the Eric and Shelly in this movie were druggies. Ugh.

I love Bill Skarsgard, but I am disappointed the film was so meh. I wish Hollywood would stop messing stuff up.

The Scarface remake directed by Brian De Palma is a completely different film in every way compared to the original title by Howard Haws released in 1932, the protagonist of both films is called ... TONY.

This movie should have never been called The Crow. I don’t feel it’s being given a fair chance for that reason. They did have aspects from the comics that weren’t in the original, so I dug that. It was totally my kind of love story, there’s nothing like a bit of tragedy! 😂 I would have recast Shelley though.

Great review Cyn loved hearing your thoughts especially about the romance aspect 😂😂 I saw the trailer and it honestly didn’t seem like it would be good I haven’t checked out the OG version but it is probably one I would watch over this one

He had bill fully attached he should have taken the time to get mark and other people on John wick who where attached to the series and did mark as his Eric and did the carnival story and worked in the train and show the horse and had marks eric end up with a different Shelly and had bill be the carnival worker who was murdered

That’s because he did a sequel to the TV movie and show so at the end of the show Shelly leaves heaven when Eric isn’t there and he went out of his way to show it’s the comic and the tv universe so basically Eric and Shelly were reborn as Eric and Shelly and made them drug addict squatters and that is the skull cowboy Rupert did the skull cowboy and did a miss direct name on imdb and the name is never mentioned or shown in this movie I love it Rupert really expected you to know that was the whole point that is what made the movie better when he finally came back that is why Eric couldn’t fully heal

I''m sorry what? There is no fight scene that is not well crafted or well shot? The action in this is leagues better than the original. There's overall less of it, but its definitely better.
