The slant of the second camera is too deep; I’d suggest taking it from 65° (current angle) to 15°, assuming the front camera is at the 0th degree. Also, jump in and jump out transitions need better pacing that makes more sense with the speech. Overall the post prod is turning out to make a big difference. Keep going!

This is so comforting. When I was working for a big Tech company, I used to live frustrated and always enjoyed more my side projects, even if my revenue on this side projects was a quarter of my salary. I always thought something was wrong with me. When I decided to quit my job ($105 hourly salary) to start a start up, even with a wife and a toddler, my worst case scenario was to find another job after burning all my savings 😅. Luckily enough, After 18 months we finally got into break even and now I’m having my first salary 🎉.

Thanks a lot for the video. It really inspired me to think more seriously about starting my own company one day, and what it might require. What stuck with me were four things: 1. You are not trying to build a new unicorn here. 2. The most important quality of a founder is resilience to adversity. 3. It is better to convince a few highly commited people of your idea than have hundreds on a waitlist. 4. Specifiying the idea to where you are ready to start up is a process of numerous iterations and conversations, and does not happen overnight.

Incredible breakdown. It's something I've noticed a lot too: resistance is SO predictive of success as a startup founder. Of course, you won't compete if you aren't sharp, hard-working, and have relevant skills; but the differentiator seems to be how long you can slog it out with no results.

Just while watching this video I got an Idea, Problem: People Fear or Don't like Starring at Cameras Lenses but People who do Video Content (Specially video like this) where you have to stare at camera lense have to stare at the lense , I have not done this for long time but When I did it I was totally frustrated .For me to stare at camera lense for straight 15 min and talk right thing was too difficult. Solution : A One Side Reflective ( on side of speaker), other side Transparent ( on the camera lense side Mirror like foil) with Tripod that stands in front of camera lense ( Stands between you and camera lense .The speaker can see themselves rather than staring at camera lense, but camera gets clear view I thought of this as I can talk and speak more confidently when I speak infornt of mirror looking at myself speaking. I don't have much experience of this Problem, Let me know if this is even a problem or not for guys who have experience or do stare at camera often. 👍 THANK YOU

Some frightening worst case scenarios: being deeply in debt, in jail, causing harm to users, losing investor's money (often times friends and family), being driven into a never ending rat race you can't escape, knowing something troubling you can't share with others because of NDA, losing family because of the hard work, and last but not least committing suicide because of the aforementioned factors. So, if the experience with him is good we make him a cofonder if it is worst, we move forward with someone else. There should be a better Wordpress! If you agree and think there should be better Content Management Systems (CMSs) out there. My idea resembles around an iOS App with a frontend somewhat similar like Apple Notes which can be directly connected to your dedicated webspace/ server and used for hosting. If building a first prototype sounds interesting to you, reach out to me. I am also open to other ideas and suggestions. Thanks Stefan (Based in Stuttgart, Germany)

Love that you just put your idea out there. So, from what I understand, you want to build WordPress with a better UX that is mobile-first? if It's like that, I like the idea. *it reminds a bit of notion pages you can just share that are standalone websites Currently, not in the position to join you on your journey (also from Germany). But wish you all the best. :)

@Alex ✌️ Imagined also an easy integration when you provide the sftp webspace and certificate/password, so ultimately let’s you use it with your own domain. Somewhat similar to notion where as I miss the drag and drop features in Notion that Apple notes provides. I know a lot of Startup founders that use WordPress for their landing page and I always here from them and my personal impression is the same that Wordpress takes much to long to setup and publishing new stuff is complicated. Best regards
