It’s became confusing. What’s the difference between Zoho campaign and Zoho marketing automation? Why it’s not a one app that includes all that?

Campaign has issues with sms formats. It’s just dumb. Campaign can use zoho sms Marketing automation can not. You ll need to use twilio, etc

Why do you say it is not possible to use both at the same time? Do you mean that it's not possible to launch a campaign in both Campaigns and MA simultaneously and that you have to shut down one to use the other or do you mean that if one is active, the other can't be activated?

Really disappointed this doesn't resolve the garbage editor in campaigns. It would be great to see some tips and tricks on how to work around all the flaws of the editor.
