Can you turn ANC completely off on the normal Pearls? As ANC gives me huge ear pain and severe headaches..... not transparency mode..... which is different.... I mean everything ANC related off. Also if you can, do you get extra playback time?

Yes, turn off the 'Enable Social Mode & ANC' option from the settings

I have been a Nura subscriber for 3 years... when they came out with the Limited Edition nura buds, I was told I could not get those with the subscription... then, they released the Perls and I asked about getting the Pros with the subscription... again, I was told No... I've paid in hundreds of dollars in subscription but can only get the low end items at every turn... I no longer recommend Nura to people who ask about them... great review... hope to check out your store soon
