This was great! Love how you’re taking the tech approach to shoe reviews for CrossFit. I have multiple pairs of the metcons 1-6. My fave is the 5’s so far. The 6’s are quite similar but the slight softness of the heel bugs me a bit compared to the 5’s on heavier lifts. Nobull review...let’s go!

6 basically is a really shitty version of 5 avoid avoid avoid, they did not take long walks with 6 it is painful as fuck and the extra cushion ruins your deadlift, forget about heavy squats ...
