Hey Julio! Great video brother! As our business grows and I am not around the clients every single week, we will be implementing more “Agreements” to our new clients. Just so they will know what to expect from us. And I feel it will keep us on the same page from the start. I think one signed “Agreement” should suffice for the term of the client. Hey Cameron. Yes you bring up a good point. Most of my clients I’ve had for many years problem free. So I agree that one signed agreement should suffice for as long as you service the client or make changes to your policies. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. I appreciate it. 👍

Thanks! I have always intended to do this! I dont have problems with customers because I am very organized and layout guidelines from first service. But if I get many more customers this would definitely help especially commercial contracts. It would take alot off my mind.

Yeah I think I’m pretty good at making sure my policies are all laid out as well, which is why as I said in the video I’m not sure yet if I will use contracts for residential service based off this recent experience of one customer trying to take advantage. Thanks for watching.

Great stuff, verbal agreements with homeowners has worked just fine but making it clear from day one what is and what’s not included is a must . I’m glad I came upon your great contract agreement for my future commercial properties .
