I was at the same preview you and Vanessa attended. I saw it at ChosenCon and loved it! Seeing it the second time was even better! I saw and experienced more this time. It IS an amazing story! Dallas has brought us a new Christmas classic. The nostalgic ambiance (with the story told from a narrators viewpoint) made it even better. I recommend it to anyone...any family...and give it a 9. I'm seeing it AGAIN on November 2nd...along with the preview of season 5 (in which I'm a bg extra!)

Read the book! As a retired librarian, I always told the students to read the book before watching the movie. Books have the authors actual words and the story as they want it to be told. I remember reading this books out loud several times and the students liked it. Read, read, read!

I used to do this, but I have since changed my mind. If I haven’t read a book before a movie adaptation has come out, I wait until after I see the movie. This way I can enjoy the movie as a movie. Then I read the book. It helps me to separate them as individual projects. Sometimes I can enjoy them after as great adaptations or I can enjoy them as their own thing. I did this with the Percy Jackson movies. The movies were enjoyable the first time I watched them. Then I read the books. I enjoyed the books, but definitely choose to see the movies as their own thing since they were awful adaptations, but fun on their own. Of course this can’t always happen being an avid reader.

I read Tolkien's books before I saw his masterpieces in the movies. And I loved Peter Jackson's audacity to have dared to bring them to the screen. Books are irreplaceable, but films they're wonders. I understand the opinion of this lady as well as the point of view of Mr. Jenkins who has nothing more to prove. He's fulfilling a kid's dream with this movie. I only hope that it will one day be available in France.

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is awesome. We watch the 1983 made-for-TV-movie every year. It’s top notch. A simple story that doesn’t take itself too seriously but at the same time has subtle depth. The book was great, too.

I hope it comes to the UK. Maybe now that "The Chosen" app is changing to "5&2" it'll be a platform for this film to be online eventually. My thoughts : There must be a lot of interest in how Dallas does outside "The Chosen". He obviously hit the motherlode with that, but TBCPE will confirm his calibre as a director. I wait to see how it goes outside "The Chosen" fan base. I so hope it's the success it should be.

In theaters soon. I’m not sure if they have any plans to share it for free. My guess is no since it’s not 5&2 that are the studio behind it. This should follow the other Kingdom story company movies

I started to FOLLOW this Channel Because I liked the comparison between the scriptures and the chosen's script , but this turned to be a promo for all related of Dallas Jenkins proyects, Please investigate all the folclore and the evil roots of "Chistmas" that has nothing to do with Christ. Is blassfemy against God.
