Do you wear a uniform? Not talking about a dress shirt and dress pants but a logo uniform? IMO when it comes to retail there needs to be a causal day or a weekend. Because we retailers work our butts off and hardly anything to show for it. I would not be asking for a raise or any benefits. Just a casual weekend, with exception of a name tag of course. That way customers know you work there. Reason why I would want this? It will boost morale. Plus it wouldn’t cost any of the companies a penny to do this. Especially the employee knows they’re not just a working machine to the company they work for. In the profession I’m in, we work all holidays. So I think we need this.

Thanks for watching and commenting! To answer your question, I do, but I didn't get logoed apparel until a week ago, before that I was wearing exactly when I wore in this video. Bright green polo tucked into work pants, belt, boots, no logo in sight. The only difference is now my bright green polos also have the logo on them. Large retailers put so much effort into branding I can't imagine they would ever allow associates to deviate from it. To play devil's advocate if I ever got an employee I would want to control the way they represent my company as well, which would mean dictating clothing during work.
