Great explanation Dr...I recently had a patient come in, 3 months post surgically, for Dry Needling, after having surgery to repair Hill Sachs with Bankart lesion. This helped a lot to understand what the surgeon did. He had severe ROM limitation, but, thank God, we were able to help restore his range of motion pretty quickly by stimulating motor points and treating the fascial layer and trigger points with electroStim...thanks again....

I have something like this. Dislocation is painful and sometimes I am not able to redislocate my humeral head back into a comfort posistion. What do you guys suggest to do? I know i need a surgery, but in our country it takes time to get one from our nation health fund.. (ugh)..

How do u feel now
@jmkeybass7602 жыл бұрын
@@delonrich8466 Im back to my workouts including jump rope, slam ball, battle rope, sledgehammer, bicep. The only one that I dont try a lot is the push ups. The pull ups is the other one that I avoid because Im 228 pounds right now (I was 244 on January 1st). When I get to 200 I will try pull ups. All of this mean that my shoulder is in good shape and no more pain. Now I know what I have to avoid that damage my shoulder, things that I made before.
