Stitching the bankart lesion is not a very effective surgery...if u are using naut to it...than it will be more effective and less painful also

Dear sir, My right hand solder is dislocated 4 times.on 29th june 2020 my solder is again dislocated after 7 years and i fixed it at Hosmat hospital.i am working as a computer operator. Now i am feeling better but unable to move the hand to top position so please suggest what to do at home.in this covid situation i don't want to visit hospital. If i ll go for operation after covid19 how many days required to join on duty or at least how many days required to take leave from my duty so that i can plan accordingly.and is it 100% success can my solder come to normal position and suggest me the cost of this operation. I had a recurrent shoulder dislocation in both shoulder so doctor told me shoulders need a surgery without it's can't repair so i had a arthroscopic surgery in my both shoulders. Go for a arthroscopic surgery... Doctor insert sutures anchor in ur shoulder and repair ur dislocation.
