@Grace Asher-Creekbird Homestead Sooo do you have neck pain as well as shoulder pain? My wife always complains about her shoulder pain and that leads to Migraines but has never mentioned her neck as painful.Thanks.

@@billinfarmington5189 For me, they seem to be all connected. I used to get 3-4 migraines/month until I had a chiropractor work on my neck. My neck kept getting tense and tight again (inside of a week) until a PT and a body worker did a bunch of work to release my shoulder and upper back muscles. Now I get maybe 3 migraines/year and my neck is much looser/happier. Any exercise that involves a lot of shoulder engagement -- stacking hay, rowing, pull-ups -- can easily trigger a delayed migraine (like the next day). Releasing tension in my neck muscles, especially the front, does wonders for relieving the migraine pain. Only then can I stretch my shoulder and upper back muscles.
