Mistake number one helped me a lot because it brought awareness my posture while shoulder hooping which was something that I thought about in the background but never really incorporated until now :) I got pretty good at shoulder hooping during the 21 day shoulder hooping challenge when it first came out but I've gotten lazy and lost a lot my on body hooping muscle memory. Thank you!

It is kind of like riding a bike ;) you might feel a little wobbly if you haven't done it for a while but you will feel great again in no time! So happy the 21 days helped!

Yes! once I brought that awareness to these mistakes I was making (or being too lazy to fix) my shoulder hooping was smooth like buttah!
@jennashell054 жыл бұрын
i was definitely making these mistakes. Guess I have something to do while being quarantined because of Corona lmao Jkjk but on a real note I’ve only been hooping for about a month and a half and this has already been one of the most helpful videos :)

I've gotten down hooping to my dominant side (left), I don't even have to think about it anymore really... but I'm hopeless when I try to go to the right!!
@Zimuahaha7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I can't do very much going the other way either! Ugh!
@DeanneLove7 жыл бұрын
Beautiful! Rinse and repeat that amazing process that you just went through to the left and now spin it to the right. The difference is because we get good at one side or one thing it can be extra challenging to stick with the opposite side practice and so easy to slip back into our preferred or dominant way. Find a system, reward or motivation method that works best for you. Enjoy!

Hi Deanne beginner here! I'm not quite getting my timing right with my turns, I'm sure that will come in time, but is a 39" too small to really master this?
@DeanneLove5 жыл бұрын
YEs it will come with time, 39" should be ok, it does take quite a lot of play time though...but I promise it will click and you will feel so much more freedom!!

What has happened to your lighting? This video was kind of all gray- although it did look like you had a bright light on the side of your face... it was unfortunately very distracting. I've loved the bright,crisp lighting in your other videos!

Nadine Sherry I hope the contents of the video helped your shoulder hooping xx
