That's true. But sometimes It's not good to be too much of a perfectionist! 😜

I discovered your channel a couple of months ago. Prior to finding your channel, I followed a couple of others who presented similar content. After implementing your routines into my daily workouts, I improved more quickly and gained strength as well. Not so much with the other channels. Your content is supreme. Keep up the good work and I appreciate your help with regard to my fitness journey.

Hello,would it be a good idea to use foam rolling and prone press as warm up?
@sidpaulson14 жыл бұрын
Sure that could do it, depends on the purpose!
@scroggy294 Жыл бұрын
What do you do if you can’t even do 1 rep of prone press 😢
@sidpaulson18 ай бұрын
Then you need to choose an easier progression like lying down on a bench.

No elevated cat. Not a good idea for shoulder joints.
@TumbleSensei5 жыл бұрын
@༒ΣVΣПƬ ΉӨЯIZӨП༒ the shoulder joint locks out at that position and is maximally extended. So to continue to put pressure on it and force it downards is unsafe. Many people confuse shoulder flexibility with thoracic flexibility. I've never seen a person or athlete who can't lock out their shoulder at maximum ectension. But I've seen almost every person and athlete that walks into the gym with poor thoracic mobility. So Instead use thoracic mobilazation techniques such as rolling out the lats which pull down on the shoulders or strengthening the muscles that allow the thorax to extend is much safer and time.proven.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have been using this exercise for years both for myself and my clients with great results. When done properly and in a controlled manner it's a good exercise for people with lack of shoulder flexion and who wants to improve overhead range for handstands! Thanks for the comment though! Btw I love your videos and have used many of them to improve my twisting and trampoline skills! 😊

@@sidpaulson1 same for yours. I have been subbed for a long time and have used them for both my gymnasts and me. I just didn't like this one particular stretch. I've loved everything else tho.

Hi brother ... You have a beautiful presence in front of the camera, but you don't take full advantage of this ... If you want to get a high percentage of views and subscriptions, follow these tips: Not only recording exercises, you can also record videos with friends, while shopping, at home, in the kitchen, with parents, your trips in beautiful Swedish cities, nature in Sweden ... Add all this in your videos, you'll see how it will increase Channel view rate ... You should also practice using facial expressions in front of the camera, you still fear a little from the camera ... You have the features of a good and loved person, just try these ideas .... Greet my brother .... Riad from Algeria.
