Your content has saved my life through the years, better than any other channel or multiple PTs I’ve been to. Your older content has the comments turned off so just wanted to thank you. I’ve suffered with scapular dyskinesis for 8yrs, taking 1 step forward 2 steps back repeatedly, with 6-8 months gym layoffs and multiple PTs. A total nightmare, but can’t shake shoulder tendinitis, keeps coming back no matter what I do.

I am SO thankful that I found your videos. I’ve been lifting for 20 years and suffered my 1st shoulder injury last year. I have been doing physio with moderate results but since doing the exercises in your videos for shoulder impingement, I’m 95% pain free after only 3 weeks! These exercises will become part of my life going forwards so I can ensure I’m doing everything I can to PREVENT injury rather than just treating it if it happens. Keep up the awesome job Travis!

i have exactly 100% this pain.i just done all of the exercises for first time and i already feel better!i done before and the carpal tunnel exercises too. i am really thank you and im feeling lucky i found you!

Do you have a video for sternoclavicular joint? I just did pec release and it’s helps with my shoulder mobility but I strained the SC joint I think

I am in so much pain I cannot even get my arms to the wall. Is doing these more than 3 days a week a bad idea? Or any other exercises I can do too.

Question about your previous videos. I thought you weren’t supposed to stretch your tendon. So if you have bicep tendinitis why was the protocol to stretch it?

What's up T I just want to say that I was unable to contribute to the question about how many of you have constant shoulder pain I was unable to lift my arm over my head due to chronic shoulder pain but I am here shooting a napkin across the desk

Hey man thanks for all your guidance. Is this good for any shoulder problem? I can raise my arm no problem but my problem shoulder is stuck forward and the lat isn't firing up properly.

​@@SmashweRxThanks man. I've been doing your shoulder Rehab video posted in April for about 4 weeks now. There have definitely been improvements and reduction in pain but you have so much quality material I wasn't sure if I was doing the right one.

Ok so my right shoulder seems to be frozen. I cant do the external rotation part of the cross to overhead move. Any video of yours you can point me to?

get a broom handle, hold it out front of you, perpendicular to the floor, hand at shoulder height, actively press the broom handle into the floor while simultaneously (slowly) walking backwards and bending forward at the hip. when you're done, your torso should be parallel to the floor, shoulder 'in overhead position'
