Great video thanks. It's probably in the 2000 comments somewhere, but if you can only do banded, do you get up to 3x10 banded and then start again unbanded on continue w the 10, 12 14 thing banded.....when do you switch from banded to unbanded? Or do you just try when the banded feel easy and start from the beginning.....wanting to avoid re-injury after weeks of rehab.

sounds like good advice. I tore something between my shoulder blades years ago doing pull ups with 15lbs weighted belt. now years later after not returning to the gym I can only do assisted . I know my form is sh*t but never got decent advice until now. my right should makes a sandy crunch sound as I go up too.

How do I do this with higher reps? I can do 12 pull ups when fresh, do I start with EMOM’s of 5 reps? Thanks in advance

hi, currently I can do 13, 8, 6, 6, 5 reps with 1 min rest in between. I try your pull-up routine for the first time today, I can comfortably do 14 sets of 3reps with 1 min rest in between. So I wonder why I cannot do 60-70 reps in one go with my current strength. Appreciate your advice. Many thanks

Yess i all way's blame my slef for my fuck ups . I am 72 and have pain when reaching overhear having little external rotation in my shoulders. Also grinding starts at about 22 push-ups. Not much pain here but feels unstable. I have tried manny therapies with limited results. Thankyou.

I have been doing a modified routine as described, only once per week for back. I was doing 5 to 6 pull ups pre Trevors program. I just finished my 11th week. I am now doing 8 to 9. Only downside is it's rather boring standing at the pull up bar for 15+ minutes. BUT, good results!

New subscriber here. I came across this clip after doing a shoulder impingement search. Took some time off the gym and now back into it. Guess I got a little overzealous on chest day and I really feel sore/right shoulder pain upon dumbbell flat presses. Aside from lightning up the weight , I’m absolutely going to incorporate these exercises. I thank you friend for your info and clips.
