‼️My Shoulder Pain Would Wake Me Up Until I Did This‼️
.
They would click
They would pop
They would snap
They would grind
They would HURT.
.
What they wouldn’t do, was work properly. If you’re experiencing problems with your shoulders, you’ll want to go through this entire video.
.
3 of the four rotator cuff muscles essentially draw the shoulder back and down and place the head of the humerus in its ideal position.
.
Into what’s called joint centralization.
.
The head of the humerus sits in the center of the joint and glides down and back when its moving properly.
.
What happens is the capsule that surrounds the joint becomes thick and restrictive, preventing the shoulder from moving anywhere near where it’s meant to be.
.
The rotator cuff muscles, which are often ignored, can’t keep up with the overpowering pecs and lats (both draw the shoulder into internal rotation), and you end up with a combination of capsule issues and rotator issues.
.
And...your shoulder feels like a grenade keeps going off inside of it, and it sounds like it too!
.

Dude. You saved me. I play tennis like 4-5 hrs per day with juniors and pros . My shoulder one morning just stopped working, couldn't even pay with my card in the store ,that bad. . 9 months of these shoulder exercises, it's back in shape ,now starting pullups again. I'm 50 years old by the way . Dr said , surgery and probably never tennis on high level . There's nothing better then this channel for me ! Thank you so much !

I've had shoulder pain for close to 20 year's. I started watching your videos and fryer the one where you said this is going to hurt. It did. I couldn't do the wall with your hands in a vee and touch the wall. So I payed on the floor. When I put my hands in a vee. Neither arm touched the floor. But I just waited and let gravity and kept relaxing my arm. The left arm. And down is a minute and and the right one in about 5 minutes. I also do the one that you lay on the floor and put your hands on the lower back. Two days of this and I payed down last night and had no pain in my right shoulder. I couldn't wait to put myself in pain today so I can sleep at night. Thank you for your videos!

Happy Friday, Trev. I’ve followed you for a while and I want to say thank you for helping me with my left side shoulder impingement. I think I’ve watch every video that you put out involving shoulders and shoulder pain in hopes that it will help me. For a while, I couldn’t reach overhead or reach over to the opposite side of my left shoulder. Your vids have helped me tremendously! There’s just a little bit of “stickiness” left but I’m almost there. My doctor and chiropractor have been mostly clueless. Thanx again, Trev. Have yourself a great weekend. 🇺🇸

Best videos I have found for my studying to much for med school issues. I would love to see a video on what to do about the psoas causing low-mid back pain. I haven’t seen anyone do a proper video on more than stretches (which often irritate).

I fecked up me shoulder doing either behind the neck shoulder press or bringing in my grip in squats or both. I was progressing really well in my lifts. Lots of rehab in the near future. Thanks for all the videos and have a prosperous new year.

You are the boss my dude, I'm an Arm-wrestler and I had the worst Bad shoulders in my life past few months. The pain I experienced with every pop and click was so bad I started seeking professional medical help but nothing really helped enough for me to start working out again. But after founding and watching your two videos on bad shoulders and how to fix them did the trick. No more clicking, poping and most important nooooo.......PAIN !! And thanks to you I can continue my dream of being an Arm-wrestler Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Keep up the awesome work.

This guy is awesome. Ive been having huge issues with my shoulders for the past 2 years. Started doing these myofasical release around shoulder and whole body, as well as doing all his excercises. I can simply say my pain gets better everyday and my range of motion is coming back like no other thing I have tried. God Bless!! and thank you I will be a new man very soon.

Funny how when you got something messed all of sudden a video drops in regards to that issue. A few weeks ago I messed up my shoulder pretty bad on toes to bar. Not sure if I tore something or what but I have been able to anything really overhead. Seen a chiro a couple times but still having slight pain. I’m definitely gonna check these out. Thank you for simplifying it down to 4 drills. Every other shoulder rehab/rotator tutorial involves like 23 different movements and it's never clear what is going on.

Trev, thank you for all that you do brother! Using the test you showed I see my posterior capsule is definitely tight and limited. I tried the release though and didn't feel it like I expected. I feel like I'm doing it wrong. Could you maybe show this stretch from another angle? Not sure how to lock the scapula down. Again thank you for all you do!

Wow great info!!! Thanks. The Christmas bonus, didn't hear anything. I thinks it's way too tight, hurts to much to push too far. That's what torn rotator cuff, tad of arthritis and loose capsule from weights in the 70s does for you. HOWEVER!! Even though it didn't crack, it stretched it all out in a way I've never considered. It was hurting from doing inclined pushups (yes it needs babying in the rebuild process) but now it feels great. Thank you. I'm going vto use that as one of my stretches till it pops.

My shoulder clicked and I feel great. I spend 15+ hours a week crouched over on my road bike cycling. My hips and shoulders are always tight. Your advice has helped me extensively . Any advice on resetting the pelvis and hips? Thanks!

My left shoulder has been grinding when I do things like lateral raise movements. Be it from the gym, or playing guitar- the guitar hanging from my shoulder and I have the habit of "turning it inwards" when Im playing it. I do yoga, and sometimes the shouder feels fine again, but the issues are reoccurring , so I will give these a try. Many thanks for the advice and words here.

My cracking is at the shoulder blade area and usually aches the day after a pull workout. Shoulder move fine but just occasionally crack and pop while working out.

Brother 🙏🏼❤️ that second exercise/stretch hit the spot! It was at like 80 degree angle at first, but I’ve just slowly forced it down and held it for a bit, then gone again and now I can put it on the floor flat 😂 I’m trying the other exercises but when I lift the shoulder up it feels restricted 🚫 I think the elbows against the wall might be the correct one but maybe im doing it wrong Anyway thank you for this video 👊🏼
