I’m going to the 🏅🏊♀️ Summer Games🏊♀️🏅”Olympics” for Special Olympics!! And I wonder when I should start “tapering”!? The “Summer Games” are June 24th - June 25th! And my swim events start at (8:00am) The Pool I’ll be swimming in is an Olympic Size Swimming Pool “50m” I start Early Morning swim practices at (8:00am) on June 4th! Which is a “Short-Course Meter Pool”

@@FaresKsebati Okay thanks!!🙂😁 My fitness center pool closes its Membership’s in June so, I WONT be able to train there but I’ll ONLY have (3 weeks) to train before the Olympics! And I’ll have access to my community pool in June the day after Memorial Day!! The disadvantage is that it’s NOT a “lap pool” so it’s harder for me to swim straight. How can I keep my training up there for (3 weeks)?
