I honestly thought I couldn't do this workout (or anything else) today---I'm at the end of the first day of preschool, and as a preschool teacher I was soooo tired (shoutout to all teachers of any age and grade! ❤❤❤) 😂😅 BUT, as always, I feel soooo much better after the workout! ❤ Thank you! ❤

Imagine my surprise when my theraband snapped 💥 in the middle of the band pull apart! 😮 Gee, I guess I don’t know my own strength! 💪 That wasn’t the intent of the move, right? I used tubing instead. I zipped up and bulletproofed and worked on my posture. We had fun today! Thanks, PJ!❤

Thanks for that, PJ. I flaked out on the rotator cuff series, doing the two exercises then changing sides, repeating the sides change. I was either in the zone or zoned out.

Great short powerful shoulder workout. I like the variety of the excercises. I used a medium miniband. The dumbells I used 15 lbs, (the arm press I felt a light pain my in hamstring) I went on though but didn’t lift all the way above my head I switched to 10 lbs, in the last round.) Maybe i should have done this excercises seated? The 8 lb en 5 lbs were fun excercises too. The band excercises I would like to do more often.😅 I’m glad I joined in. Thank you PJ..👍💪❤️
