R WILSON normally you built muscle and than younmake a diet.but many people started to early with a diet.but Busta is genetically not but and now he trained and I thing he use low Dosis of something .But now going in a hard diet is wrong because he is not the young busta and he wants muscle because he see dexter and others and if you want muscle you have to eat and not diet the whole time or you are on high,Testosteron etc but even if you take all this stuff it is better to eat enough and give your muscle what they need to grow.train,EAT,sleep,repeat.Remember as a natural you can built 2-5kg muscle in 1year .sometime people get more 6-8kg in the beginner year maybe but normally that’s the numbers(2-5kg)for natural and if you diet you stop this growing or make it harder.so why diet
