Comparing the Habs to the Devils who are 4 seasons into a rebuild with a young team it’s a disaster, the Devils looking to the future realize they need a top-quality goaltender to backstop this young team and who did they get.…Jake Allen from the Habs and who's having trouble with goaltending...the Habs, it's time to pass this young team onto a more experienced coach, I love Marty and what he’s done but it's not working anymore...time to move on to a coach that can tap into this teams strengths and get them on the right track, they’re playing the same system game in and game out and it’s not working

Doesn't think it's a coaching problem but a " Talent Problem " ? MSL had absolutely no coaching experience at any level prior to coaching the Canadiens. It's 100% a coaching problem. There's more then enough talent on this team, they just need an experienced coach to guide them. Put MSL as assistant coach and let the more experienced coach guide his coaching too.

@wainber12 ай бұрын
@@deansydora5340 coaching is part of the issue, but not the whole issue. Nick Nurse, who had never coached, before July 2013, an NBA team, was hired as a coach of the Toronto Raptors. Yes, those Raptors would go onto, just under six years to the month after that hire of his, win a championship, although he had only been promoted to head coach during the 12th month before that championship. The Raptors roster had, from that championship season, progressively gotten worse. That said, slightly over a month after the Raptors had fired him, he would find a job with the Philly 76ers at least go onto see playoff action. He wouldn’t have gotten the opportunity to even coach a play-in game had he remained with the Raptors because last season, they would come nowhere close to a play-in spot via a regular-season 25-57 win-loss record. Nurse’s replacement, Darko Rajaković, had before his Raptors head, coaching tenure already had lots of experience as an assistant for different NBA teams after having coached a couple of youth teams in his native Serbia and a basketball team in Mainland Spain. Even with debate on social media about whether Rajaković’s Raptors head-coaching tenure should end, once you look at the state of the Raptors roster, and that very much like the Habs, the Raptors have affectively gone into a rebuilt. Having yet to so far this regular season win consecutive games, the Raptors, going into a Friday Eastern Time home game against the Pistons, have a 2-10 win-loss record and although are still 2.5 and 3.0 respective games out of 10th and 6th in the Eastern Conference, May end up, not even getting 10 wins following last week, even put up to and including the April end of the regular season. The Raptors two seasons ago, bounced around in their own conference between fifth and 13th, ultimately ending up in ninth, and thus qualified for their first, and so far only, play-in tourney. They would go on to lose their one and only game in that tournament as they would’ve needed to win two straight just to qualify for a playoff spot. Last regular season the Raptors would rank anywhere from 7 to 15 in their conference, ultimately finishing 12th, but having earned their 10th win in mid-December. That season the Raptors would earn their third relevant win in early-November, although this regular season, it is now mid-November and they have just two such wins. The Habs, very much like the Raptors, have not won a post-2021 playoff series and are rebuilding.
