Thank god McPhee fumbled and decided to keep Cody Glass over Suzuki because at the time Bergevin wanted Glass.

In a redraft i would see suzuki 5th behind makar-peterson-heiskanen and hishier

Behind Robertson, maybe Oettinger as well.

Might be a very long video, but I'd love to see a look at all the players selected before Brayden Point in 2014. So many teams slept on him despite scoring 91 points with Moose Jaw, just because of his size.

Very doable! We could make that happen 😎

I do believe that my Jets originally owned this pick but in order not wanting to lose Enstrom to Vegas expansion draft😒 So they made a deal for VGK to pick Thorburn instead and switch 1st rounders so Jets picked Vesalainen instead in which still has potential IG💁

I still am boiled at TSN’s top 50 players doesn’t include Nick. They did put him on the 4 Nations Cup team. Swiss Army knife of centres

For me Suzuki definitely cracks the top 10 1. Cale Makar 2. Elias Pettersson 3. Miro Heiskanen 4. Jason Robertson 5. Jake Oettinger 6. Nico Hischier 7. Nick Suzuki 8. Jeremy Swayman 9. Robert Thomas 10. Martin Necas 11. Owen Tippett 12. Drake Batherson 13. Casey Middlestadt
@mikescorpio134 сағат бұрын
Necas,Thomas and Middlestadt are better and more complete player than uni-dimensional Suzuki.So barely cracks the Top 10 as i would probably find 2 or 3 other guy from the later rounds i would pick in my team before Suzuki.
@crunchypeanut75544 сағат бұрын
@@mikescorpio13 Suzuki is not uni-dimensional if he has he would not have scored 33 goals and 77 points, so that’s a pretty ignorant statement. “Uni-Dimensional” with a 383 game Iron Man streak? Also he’s a clear tier above Middlestadt in terms of point production and leadership quality (uni-dimensional?) Necas Suzuki and Thomas could probably be swapped with each other but I’m sorry you’re delusional if you think Suzuki doesn’t crack the top 10 and would “pick 2 or 3 guys from the later rounds” 😂

@@mikescorpio13Suzuki is very strong and a good skater. He also has an elite two way game and is a good goal scorer and elite passer. What you mean one dimensional?

@@crunchypeanut7554 why would i arguie with someone putting Hischier at 6 when he is the leader of his team since his NHL debut. Hockey is more than putting up points... and Montreal fafans never understood that concept.
@mikescorpio133 сағат бұрын
@@dwaynethewokjohnson7773 never said he was a bad player... but in this men league players need a little something else to rise above the others.Robertson did it at some point and Pettersson show some flashes here and there but i would also called them uni-dimensional.These guys arent clutch or gritty.They will not make your team better but they will provide offense.
