@wellnessbyheartandsoul you just made me remember something: The difference between Belly dancing and Flamenco dancers, (flamenco dancers do not give away their smiles!) No need to please. Also this video reminds me that my "so called" love language is a version of quality time, it is "quality time in silence!" :) Awesome good reminders in this video. We don't need to give all our enthusiasm or "cheerlead" for strangers. Save it for those we are invested and connected to.

I feel like I mute my cues quite a lot when I’m out in public. And I feel being muted in my non verbal cues can push people away. Since I’ve been changing my cues in public, I’m getting asked out a lot more Just subtle as turning my mouth up into small smile (I usually have resting birch face) I am walking slower, I’m taking slower and moving slower. Just feeling into my own confidence and it’s working.

In greece its common to have a serious face expression to demostrate beeing a serious person. When we see tourists from UK or germany etc we think to ourselves " why are they smiling all the time, looking a bit ridiculous"
