@@hailstew6679 idk; I think somehow because I'm into New Wave and Folk music. There's a guy, channel's Sunfish747, and he's just the best russian accordion folk singer I've had the pleasure to find in quite some time. Somewhere between New Order's full album and Sunfish747 = Dada's hit Aleksandrija (kzbin.info/www/bejne/qpKzqmBue72Jlas) and other amazing Yugoslav New Wave such as my favorite god damn banger that I was directly referring to: Morbidi I Mnoc(s)i - Put (kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2mupmN7ls6Gbpo). If you play things related to this for about a month, you also wind up here... talking to you about this other cool ass band. But I mean... I listen to Crazy & The Brains so take what I say with salt and lime.

You know what bud when it comes to 80’s hardcore punk I may as well be a critic I know my dad certainly is he played in a few of the original hardcore bands and this electronic and banjo music may have great elements but it definitely isn’t what you just described
@isaaceustice21924 жыл бұрын
@@AutonomousPlayground I don't know what banjo music you're referring to but times change and the energy of bands like Black Flag and Dead Kennedy's reminds me of the energy and aesthetic of bands like this idles protomartyr and the like. The trappings of a genre such as instruments and the format evolve with time we don't live in the 80s anymore. And a lot of punk music nowadays is not as unique as it once was but some bands break new ground expressing the same emotions with different devices.
