Mr. Steve,Last year was the first year I went and am planning to make it this year. I did take your advise and made a list of my wants, and it really helped along with hydration and taking breaks and asking first to look at something really made it a great experience. You can get a euphoric high on all that merchandise and having a list of what you want seemed to temper the overload. Thanks for the heads up. See you at the show.

Man, you can’t overstate the value of bringing good shoes! I made the trip last year & didn’t pay much attention to that… wound up bringing tennis shoes I hadn’t worn in a couple years and they were two sizes too small! I counted 11 blisters by the end of Thursday 🙄 Really looking forward to this year’s SOS, would love to run into you if I can! I kept my eyes open last year, but I think I fell victim to the OD blindness- I saw myself a few times in your video, but I guess I just blanked LOL. Your comment about tables refreshing (rotating) really caught me off guard when I went last year, I walked the show several times over and every single time it felt like I was going through a new show. I collect MP helmets and a grail came up on Saturday right before I was leaving, from a table I’d walked by probably five times. Stay safe everyone, hope y’all have a good show season.

Thanks for making this video, that’s some really good advice and information. I’ve never been to the SOS but am planning on going next year. I can’t wait to see your video from the show and check out the awesome items I’m sure you’ll find. Your videos are excellent, keep up the good work.

I would also suggest packing a few plastic shopping bags in your show bag. These are good for wrapping items that may have oil or grease on them to keep the inside of your show bag clean. They are also useful for covering more delicate items you may buy at the show. Hope to see you there in 2025.
