The reason why the other seasons after the first three seasons were not released physically released in North America is due to amount of licensing music throughout the show that they couldn't get the rights to release it on DVD or Blu-Ray.

@@RyanMcKennaGosling Would it be that much more expensive to clear the rights for physical releases compared to digital? Because you can "purchase" the whole show digitally and stream it in a handful of places aswell.
