Shower doors , especially frameless are why I got out of the glass business, nothing but callbacks

This looks like the tile guys fault, the slope doesn’t look leveled and the water is spewing out , it’s only dripping and causing a puddle. It’s from built up water on a leveled or leveled out curb.

I was looking at the slope, looked leveled and it’s not spewing out every sec, it’s dripping out so it’s definitely build up .
